Some combinations that will lead to a knock out

The first combination that you should look at is the jab then cross, then lead hook to the head.

If you learn this, you are going to excel in even an intermediate circle. This is adding to the one that you just learned before getting a lead hook in there.

Most fighters are used to the 1-2 punch, but if you add a lead hook to the combination, it is going to really catch your opponent off guard.

What it is, is you lead with the jab as a setup in order to throw off the opponent, and then you throw a cross in there without as much power as you normally would.

The cross in this instance is more of a distraction.

After it is thrown, throw a lead hook in there up towards the head or the body, depending on what one is open.

You will need to have a slight pause before the final hook so your opponent will lower their guard.

More Combinations

Another combination that will lead to knock out is the jab and cross method.

This is mainly for a long- to mid-range sort of combination if you are further away from your opponent.

This is the most basic that you can get, but it is also one of the best ones to learn.

Professionals still use this every day, and this is also known as the 1-2 punch.

If you are outside of your opponent, and as they come forward, you can use this combo.

You can also use it when you are standing in the pocket of your opponent and in range of a punch.

The first jab is the crux of this whole combination, as it is the entire distraction for your opponent.

You jab them first, setting up the cross to come in with such a tough punch. This perfect approach has led to a lot of knock outs in the ring.

One of the main keys

The main key to knocking someone out is to get as many hits to the head as you can.

If you’ve read through both of our combinations, it always leads to a head hit. It is all about getting them off balance and then to go to a striking blow.

We believe that through taking the time to actually do one or more of these combinations while boxing, it is going to do wonders for your own level.

You can start out slowly, but the only way to truly land a knock-out punch is to get as much speed and strength behind it to lead to a knock out.

It is all about catching your opponent off guard, which is why we have chosen to share both of the combinations above.

Practice makes perfect knock outs

The only way you will ever knock someone out in boxing is to have a great practice regime that you follow every day to build up your strength, so that is what you should be focusing on right away.

Once you build up the strength, we recommend running through various combinations with a coach to lead to knock outs.

This should become second nature to you.

There are some fighters who just want to last long enough to win each round but that is not going to go that far when facing someone a bit bigger than you.

Your sure bet is to figure out the best ways to knock someone out as that is going to get you to the winning stage faster and is a better way to fight.
